What this means for visitors
This page explains how each provider claim is checked one at a time, so you know exactly what has been verified and when. Before relying on a profile, read the verification label beside the specific fact.
What is checked before publication
The first gate is identity: legal or trading name, a working business contact, service-area statement and evidence that the organisation actually arranges professional services at the patient’s home. Where a registration, practising document or professional listing is relevant, the record must identify the issuing body, the name checked, the date and the exact claim it supports.
Service claims are then separated by procedure, patient group, schedule and geography. A general statement that an agency provides nursing does not establish wound, tube, catheter, palliative or overnight capability. Pricing is recorded only with inclusions, exclusions, travel assumptions, minimum duration, cancellation terms and a verified date.

What each verification level means
Profile claimed means an authorised representative controls or has responded to the listing. Identity checked means core organisation details matched evidence. Registration information checked means the cited record was checked, not that NursingCare.com.my issued or renewed it. Service details checked means a provider supplied or confirmed a stated service description. Pricing checked applies only to the recorded assumptions and date.
No level promises current availability, outcome, clinical suitability or an incident-free service. Facility visited is not relevant evidence for a home visit unless the visit also examined the actual home-service process. Every badge must link to this definition and show when the underlying fact was last checked.

How families should complete their own check
Ask who will attend and whether that person is a registered nurse, another clinician or a caregiver. Request current evidence appropriate to the role, the method used to assess competence for the requested task, supervision and substitution arrangements, visit notes, infection-control process and the escalation contact. Confirm consent, privacy, supplies, arrival window and total charges in writing.
Report a factual error through the correction route and include the page, disputed statement and reliable supporting document. A provider may answer, but commercial pressure does not override evidence. Material claims are removed or labelled unconfirmed while reviewed; repeated inability to substantiate a safety-relevant claim can prevent publication.
